I am Joe Woolley, founder of joe.travel and Woolley Travel, LLC. I started this business in March 2024 after more than 15 years working in tourism, destination marketing, and public advocacy.

My career has taken me from CBS News and The Daily Show to leading the Nashville LGBT Chamber of Commerce (2018–2022) to consulting and lobbying work across Tennessee. Through all of it, I have been an obsessive traveler — and I have spent years building the relationships and expertise that make me useful to my clients.

I am based in Nashville, TN, and Provincetown, MA. I travel constantly, which means when I recommend a property or destination, it is because I have been there, have relationships there, or have personally vetted the experience.
