The Process
From inquiry to extraordinary.
Before You Go
I start with a planning call to understand what you want from this trip. As departure approaches, I follow up with a pre-departure call, typically about a week out, sometimes the night before. Nothing falls through the cracks.
During Your Trip
I check in while you travel. You are never on your own. Clients who book air through my SmartFlyer team have their flights monitored end to end, with disruptions handled before they become a problem.
After You Return
I ask how the trip went and start thinking about what comes next. This isn’t a one-time booking. It’s an ongoing relationship.
SmartFlyer Flight Team
Your flights are covered.
Through my SmartFlyer affiliation, you have access to a dedicated flight team that books, monitors, and manages your flights. They handle changes, cancellations, and disruptions, so you do not have to.
I earn commission on business and first-class flights, which means premium air is built into the advisory relationship. If you are investing in a luxury trip, the flight is part of the experience.
Virtuoso Membership
Perks you cannot book yourself.
As a Virtuoso member agency, I unlock exclusive amenities at thousands of properties worldwide: complimentary breakfast for two, room upgrades, early check-in and late checkout, resort credits, and personalized welcome amenities.
These are not loyalty points or promotional offers. They are genuine perks negotiated through the Virtuoso network, available only when you book through an advisor like me.
Fees
Transparent pricing.
Hotel Bookings
No planning fee for hotel-only bookings with Virtuoso amenities. I earn commission from the hotel.
Full Trip Planning
$500 planning fee for all other trip planning, plus commission. Minimum trip spend of $5,000.
